The Fellowship has suspended services at Temple Israel during the COVID-19 emergency and is currently meeting virtually via Zoom. If you would like to participate at our Sunday Service, 10 a.m., or at our Social Hour, Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm, forward your name and email address to email@example.com.
The Annual New Year's Brunch. Again, although we can't eat in person together, we can still be together, perhaps the most important thing as we head into the New Year. Make yourself some nice goodies, and join us at 11 a.m. for brunch and fellowship.
What does it mean to stay true to a resolution? Should we even be making resolutions this year? Karen Yanowitz will lead us in a New Year’s service.
Norman Stafford will present Dr.Martin Luther King Jr.’s sermon “The Drum Major Instinct,” which reflects King’s view of our desire for recognition.
Jennifer Clay will explore issues involved in “Raising Children with a UU Mindset.” Those in the Fellowship who have some experience along these lines are most welcome to participate.
Crowdsourcing has been defined as "a type of participative activity with a group of individuals of varying knowledge and number, who voluntarily undertakes a task." We are going to try something new and crowdsource a service! The theme will be beauty, and we are asking you to bring something to share regarding the theme—a reading, a poem, music, a video, etc.
